BUT A BEAUTY EDITOR RECOMMENDED LIA SCHORR. AFTER MY FIRST FACIAL EXPERIENCE, I BOUGHT A PACKAGE TO KEEP COMING BACK ! LIA SCHORR AND HER BEAUTICIANS ARE SO SKILLFULL AND KNOWLEDGABLE, I WOULD URGE ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE THE SPA. would never go back – Rude doesn't even begin to describe Lia the owner. When I called to schedule an appointment at the spa, Lia answered the phone and was extremely curt and impolite. I have no idea how she is in a business which is supposed to be calm and relaxing to their clients. I felt rushed the whole time I was there - I didn't even get all the services I paid for. Rude Service, Not worth the trip – The staff is rude and the owner Lia is even worse. Rushed facials and pressure to upgrade and buy products, would never go back.

great facial, rude owner – Lia Schorr is the person who answers the phone and she is short and pushy and not friendly. i mean who are you kidding here, seriously. She is rude, thats it. I have seen it multiple times and I have frequented the spa many times. It is true that it absolutely needs to be updated, however that being said. PAINLESS AND PROFESSIONAL BRAZILIAN. – I went to Lia Schorr for a brazilian wax during spa week. When i first came to new york city. I was afraid because I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The experience was quick, painless and professional. Absolutely HORRENDOUS... – DO NOT bother wasting your time booking an appointment at this place. The person who answered the call to schedule appointments, (apparently the manager/owner) is EXTREMELY RUDE, PUSHY and NASTY. I called to reschedule my appointment during spa week, and realized she was informing me contradicting time availabilities. THE BEST FACIALS AROUND. – I have been going to Lia Schorr's Day Spa for many years and don't know of a better place for skin care. The facials are HANDS-DOWN the best in town, and their professionals always know exactly what is needed for my skin type. Manicures and pedicures are done with care and skill and last longer than usual.
