First and foremost I am extremely satisfied Lia Honda for my new recent purchase 2016 Honda CR-V EX. My salesman John byceski was truly amazing and had great knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. Was able to make sure I was well taken care of and the staff was truly for the people!

I showed up as part of the Costco program. The receptionist called a very young salesman named Josh to help. We sit down and before even understanding the model and specs he walks off to talk to a manager about pricing. I was interested in the numbers for financing and leasing a 2018 Honda Accord. I had bought two accords through the program before so I’m familiar with the process. When he comes back I info him, I need the financing and lease pricing. For my scheduled maintenance appointment--- I was assisted by Travis McHugh , who reviewed and assisted me with the services that were to be performed on my Honda. Detailed services were performed within the stated time and all possible discounts were allocated to my final bill. Very pleased with Lia Honda's attentive customer service.

I purchased my vehicle at Lia Honda in March 2005 and have been bringing it in for service ever since. Although I miss my usual service adviser, Melissa (whom I understand transferred to a different dealership), I have been working with Jon and more recently with Greg Palm. All in all - great service. I plan to continue going to Lia Honda Enfield for service and will probably purchase my next vehicle there.
