Ashely Theodore has been very helpful every time I come to service my vehicle. I am always informed of any problems I have or may have in the future and she is very consistent on advising what preventative maintenance action should be taken. This is the only Honda dealership I bring my vehicle to.

Recent visit for service, and very helpful technician Jesse Robles, was excellent. A bit more than I had expected (repairs) but Jesse explained very clearly what was necessary.

I walk into the dealer, Mr. Edwin Guzman greeted me. He was so pleasant, so kind, very knowledgeable. Very good customer service, that is very important to me. I continue to take all my vehicles to Lia Honda for maintenance and repairs. Greg Palm sat down with me to review any scheduled maintenance due, and checked to see if there were any recall notices. He has been so helpful through the past several years, and that keeps us coming back.
