I called Lia about a part breaking off of my 2017 CRV. Freak accident kinda thing. Diana Irizarry was the person I spoke with. She had me come in that day, checked out the car and ordered the required parts. She called back at 9:30 the next morning to say it was done with minimal parts and just an hour of labor. Couldn’t ask for more. Great service!
Maintenance diagnostics on my 20 year old Accord revealed an issue making the car unsafe to drive and whose cost-to-repair could not be justified for a 20 year old vehicle. On the spot purchase of its replacement was not routine since, being unprepared to purchase a new car, I had little of the security information needed to lift credit freezes and deal with my insurance company in the usual straight forward fashion. Daniel Hanson take real good care of us. We waited for a somewhat long period of time but it was well worth it. He stood on top of everything making sure we had the best service, and we did have the best service. If you go to Lia of Honda I recommend you work with him.
Highly recommend salesman Troy Conlin - sold me my 2015 Honda Civic and I am so happy with it! He wasn't like any other salesman just trying to get your money. Jesse Robles greeted me with a smile as I drove in for my first oil change on my 2018 CRV. Nice that is it free. I had a few technical questions that he went over to wit me. I have one question which does not reflect on his service but when I bring it in there seems to be changes to tech settings like My lights, radio etc. is that a computer glitch? But I must add that the timing was fast and the area of the waiting room is very pleasant.
I brought my Accord in for service for three problems. Stephen Crafsic fixed all three problems. He was patient and explained everything to me. I have owned cars for more than 60 years and have never had a better service experience. I live more than 20 miles away but I will drive to Lia to get such great service......Mark G.

The Service Department at Lia Honda is excellent. My last two experiences have been with Stephen Crafsic whom I find very qualified. He suggests what should be tested, given his knowledge of what he sees or hears and is usually "right on." His estimates of waiting time are usually dependable as is the cost estimate. He is personable while remaining professional.
Very happy with the service I received from Stephen Crafsic. Great explaination I understood what needed to be done and what was done at the end. Highly recommanded
