I had the best experience at Brewster Honda. NO pressure, knowledgeable staff and an easy going atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful, especially my salesman Patric McGrath. He went over everything with me and got me a super price on my new 2015 CR-V. I didn't have to wait hours in the dealership like other dealerships I have experienced in the past. I will use them again as well as recommend them. You guys are awesome!
I came in because my car needed required maintenance; Kira Bueti was the service person who assisted me. She was helpful, friendly and took the time to explain the service, the prices, and kept me informed as my car was being serviced. When she found out that I needed additional work done, she broke it to me gently and helped me determine what was crucial (brakes) and what could wait (tires). I bought my first Honda at Brewster Honda in 1998 and have bought two more since then. I have had them all serviced at Brewster Honda over the years. Bill Desanctis is one of the reasons why. He schedules my services and arranges for a loaner car if necessary. He explains in detail the work that needs to be done and notifies me when my car is ready or if anything changes. On my last visit, service representative William Desanctis reviewed additional service items for my consideration without applying any pressure.
