I purchased my 2019 Honda Fit last week from your salesperson Mike Deleon. I only have excellent things to say about his service. Going into the dealership, I was met by a friendly smile from the reception desk and received excellent care from then on. I recently took my 2013 Honda Civic to Honda of Brewster, New York for its annual inspection. The service representative with whom I dealt was Phil Giordano. He was very outgoing and friendly, told me what would be checked on my car and what work he recommended I have done on my next visit. Honda is fortunate to have Phil working for them. Always a pleasure to bring my car in for service at Lia they always provide excellent customer service Especially Jon Ayala who had my car done at the time promised. I never have and issue after any service appointments which gives me a good piece of mind.

We never thought we would be turning in a car and buying a car on the same day. We drove to Lia Honda in the morning to get an estimate on our CRV and ended up buying a Honda Odyssey and driving it home in the afternoon. Misael Deleon led us through the process and was both amiable and knowledgeable. We appreciated the time he took with us and worked with us to get the best price. When we buy a car again at Lia Honda we will always ask for Misael (Mike) Deleon.

Barry Weiss at Lia Honda Brewster made selecting and buying a car a very enjoyable experience. In a few hours he helped me select, finance, and drive out with the car I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured and he took time to explain the car in great detail and he answered all of my questions. He also made sure that I knew he would be available in the future in the event I have additional questions on anything relating to my particular car or on other Honda models. I have had several Honda Accords and loved them all. It was time to get an SUV mainly because it would make it easier on my aching back. I decided to go to Brewster Honda and immediately lucked out. I just bought a 2016 pilot from Brewster Honda. We weren't able to find what we were looking for and Ardit Shabi was more than willing to help us. I was very satisfied with the results. I would definitely make that hour long drive again to buy another Honda from Ardit.

I went to Brewster Honda to purchase a Honda Accord - I purchased the vehicle and very satisfied with my purchase. The Salesman, Chris Larson worked wth my husband and I to find the vehicle we wanted at a price we were okay with. Also meet with Robert Schneider, business manager, who was extremely helpful explaining the financing and different warranty options.
