Best gym I've been too, they help you along the way so you're not left alone without any direction plus they motivate you and keep you going strong the whole way through. I went for my first time today and I'm switching over from my other gym. Even when I felt like I couldn't push my self anymore, they consistently gave me the push and motivation I needed to make it through. I feel inspired to get back in shape again and get back into gear with a healthy lifestyle, thank you for all your help and motivation!
