Incredible trainers who are knowledgeable and personable on a level that differentiates from those "cookie cutter" gyms. Holistic approaches and investigative methods to get to the route of anyone's fitness goals and the blockades that may be standing in their way. LI Live will give you an edge much stronger than just will power.
LI Live has been a place that I can rely on to not just workout physically but also mentally. The trainers here know how to connect with the clients in a way that makes you feel comfortable, safe, and almost at home. The positive vibes and customized workouts make this place irresistible...even on my worst or laziest of days, I feel so relieved to be able to come here. In addition to that they have engaging and fun contests with crazy prizes!!! #iloveLILive

Very unique and creative place for Long Island Health. Total uplifting environment with highly motivated people. I highly recommend it to anyone!!
Great workout great people
Wonderful gym ran by even more wonderful people. Seriously. You won't regret stopping in, if even to just check it out. The thought of exercise has always repulsed me, yet I've never left LI Live without being in an immensely better mood than I walked in with. You won't find a more comfortable setting elsewhere, I promise! Also, the Cryotherapy is awesome.
