Li and Liao and their staff are the BEST! They are professional, caring and have a wonderful selection of glasses. My husband and I are much happier here than where we used to go.

I have been a patient for over two years now and have never been disappointed! The staff are always very friendly and willing to help with whatever! I was short on contacts and they were able to help me with a pair until my new set came in the following week!! I highly recommend this place!
My husband and I both had great experiences this week. The staff is so sweet, friendly and professional. The office is clean and they have an awesome play area for kids in the waiting room. The doctor was super sweet and very informative of every test they ran and explained exactly why we needed glasses.
Second time they make mistakes on my glasses. I paid for expensive prescription sunglasses that didn't work as they should. They wanted me to pay for their error in order to have what they offered me. The only they could give me, was an apology. So they wanted me to pay $90.00 more dollars in order to make the corrections. I offered to pay $45.00 and the rest on them. Of course they didn't accept it. Everyone on the staff was so well trained and very professional. I got the most thorough eye exam that I have ever received. Dr. Ng was so helpful and gave me good advice about all of my vision problems.
