Had an appointment for an inspection and 5000 mile maintenance Service. I was delayed due to traffic after a severe accident. I called my Service Representative Bonnie to let her know I may have to reschedule because I would be unable to make my appointment time. She said no problem, I can move your time to an hour later, she did that.
