Terrible Lexus dealer. I went there to buy a used Lexus. First off, the process is convoluted. You contact an Internet rep, then you get a Product Specialist (code for sales person), then a Sales Manager (that just shuffles papers), then to the "Big Kahuna" (BK) decision maker. which you never actually meet. The 1st 3 apparently can't decide anything without checking with the BK. We negotiate 2 service items.
