Service Department over the year's has been getting worse no help what so ever and the costumer service it's horrible back there, I have never had any complains about lexus i love their brand and cars but this past 1 changed my mind so me and my wife both over 10 years of loyal Lexus costumers will make a transition to another Car Brand!

RecommendedMy regular service person, Pamela, was off the day I came for maintenance. PJ was my consultant and did an excellent job. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Service and the 30 thousand mile check up was done in record time. Car is always left in mint condition inside.
