RecommendedGood service with a smile, they know their product and quickly attended to our needs. We needed wheel rim lock 🔑 key and there are more than 20 different types. Our service attendant personally went out to the car to verify what key we needed saving us time. Thanks Lexus Stevens Creek!
the place n people that works in there are so accommodating in addressing your concerns w/ less talk n giving utmost attention in getting your needs taken cared of soon as you drive in. i have no qualms or ifs each time my maintenance schedule becomes due. Service Consultants really takes care of you soon as they see you on your scheduled time. thanks Ramsin n you haven't failed me from day one w/ your brand of service to your customers. Keep up the good work guys.
They couldn’t be more efficient or true to their motto. They treat you like a family member and their service is exceptional. They do a thorough job and you leave feeling confident in the work they do. And their customer service is exceptional. They are courteous and ask if there is anything else you would like them to do? I wished I had bought a Lexus a long time ago. I am sure I will buy another one just because I trust them and love dealing with them.
4 Stars Very large lounge, friendly staff. Loaners are pretty hard to get as it wouldn’t pushed my appointment out a month.

My first trip to stop in for scheduled maintenance. Everyone was really nice. My service consultant ,Tony Machado was friendly and professional . Even though it was busy I didn’t feel rushed... my car was done on time and looks great!!!
Awesome service. I brought my car in for a recall. Had an awesome loaner car. In addition to the work they did they fully detailed my car and filled up the tank. Thank you Lexus of Stevens creek.

Lexus has had my car since Saturday - I have no idea what is wrong with it, what the prognosis is, how much it will cost to repair. I have called my service rep, texted, emailed, called his backup, called the main line - no one wants to tell me how my car is apparently. I guess its a good thing I have a loaner car? But would be really nice to hear back from someone and I would think they want their loaner back at some point?
