Agent and customer service all superior, top notch, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars. Only complain is the guest wifi service in the waiting area. I had trouble connecting to websites, it just sits there trying to load the page. Needless to say, can’t stream any videos.

Lexus service is the best! Everybody treats you with respect. You get a rental right away. Before COVID one could wait there enjoying the refreshments. You get text messages with status. I got Mr. Nagy as a service manager, who was very good. This was the second time I had him. Best service! I will recommend Lexus Service anytime!

Regardless of the pandemic protocols, Lexus white glove service remains impeccable. I had a 7:20 am appt for a scheduled maintenance and was in and out with my loaner car within 15 mins. The team called when maintenance work was done on my baby and planned the estimated pickup time. The Lexus representative even offered to walk me out to my car because of the rain but I graciously declined. Just think “wow” someone offered to walk me out to my car with an umbrella.
