My wife was sold a service that did not exist and found out 10 months later. It took almost 6 weeks to get a refund. Called Lexus headquarters filed a complain 2 times. The dealer has yet to respond to my lexus customer complaint representative. Stay far away from this dealer and in my opinion the lexus product.
