Great experience over many years, first with our 2005 Lexus, and now with the 2018. Service is excellent - both attentive and patient. Waiting room is comfortable, bathrooms spotless, and loaner cars are great when repairs had been needed for our older Lexus. Joe Savino has been an exceptional help, clearly guiding us through our recent purchase. Mike took the time to explain and teach us all the bells and whistles of this new machine. Lexus customer service is top notch. Highly recommended!
