Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. The customer service was incredibly bad and the general manager, Micheal Penta, was just straight out rude. I have no idea what kind of a buffoon would hire a guy as rude as him. How he became a manager is even more shocking. I would give this dealership zero stars if I could, even one star is being generous.
Very knowledgeable sales staff, tremendous efficiency by management and the finance department; I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Southampton to anyone to deliver on a luxury brand!! (I love my RX 350!!!) Thank you Joe Savino and Mike Penta!!
The service at Southampton Lexus was absolutely amazing. The service department made me feel welcomed and comfortable which created a very pleasant environment and process. They made sure the loaner car was available, clean, and ready when I arrived. You could not ask for a more friendly and accommodating staff. I love my New Lexus and would not trust it with anyone else except Southampton.
Amazing service & great staff!! I am the probably the tuffest customer ever. I am picky about service and treatment -- Needless to say I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with Southampton Lexus -- I brought my car in for a tire replacement and I ended up needing two tires and an alignment The staff made sure to show me what was wrong, explain in detail what the issues were and was worried about my personal safety. I got my first Lexus from the Burns family in Smithtown in 1990. I just got my 2016 RX from Lexus of Southampton. I wouldn't be doing business with a family/company for more than a quarter century if they did not make me happy. Service is great and the guys really know their cars. Mike Tannenbaum, the tech specialist is my personal interface to my vehicle. MIKE does a great job upon delivery and always follows up. He's a great asset to the dealership and its customers.
