Service manager was very rude and lied to me that my lease would cost $17k to turn in due to wear and tear suggesting I should roll that into a new lease. I didn’t need another car Immediately. Turns out the true amount owed was around $1200 (over $15k off). I was planning to get another car down the road from Lexus as I’ve had 3 leases but after this experience I will never support this store again and work with a more transparent and honest dealership.

I just wanted to thank Joshua Montgomery and his service staff what amazing customer service. He really worked hard and went the extra mile to make my experience right! I will not forget that, you earned a customer for life!

I walked their ENTIRE lot and their showroom for OVER 45 minutes and “NO ONE” SAID ONE WORD TO ME! Not even a Hello! Guess My RACE?!?! So sad because I drive a Lexus and Do NOT like Mercedes but I will take MERCEDES MY BLACK MONEY since LEXUS OF ORLANDO OBVIOUSLY does NOT want it! THE MOST AWUL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!
