Tried purchasing a certified car from here. Made an offer directly to a sales manager for slightly under the asking price for a car that had been sitting for over a month. Sales manager was slow in helping me the entire time, however told me that “he would get the deal done for me”. Within a day of my offer, the same car was removed from inventory and sold. They can be trusted to do the work correctly. If you have a ligit issue with pricing, and can have them understand it, they will make it fair. Even at 5pm, they are courteous.
After I reviewed the car inventory, I received daily calls and messages from the salesman. I called backed giving him my choices and details about my car to trade in. After that I did not receive any follow up by the salesman!
RecommendedEli was the most wonderful salesperson I ever worked with. I was purchasing a vehicle from out of state and he went above and beyond for me to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle before I made the drive to pick it up. He researched for me, answered all of my questions, and even sent me additional pictures and videos at my request. He was friendly, trustworthy and a terrific communicator. If you visit Lexus of Orlando, do yourself a favor and ask for Eli!
