Unfortunately, I didn't have a good impression of the service I received (especially coming from a dealership that sells cars like this) during the negotiation for the purchase of my car. I had an excellent experience working with Jose Huertas in the Parts Department at Lexus. Jose is always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is how relatable and easy he is to talk to, he takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you get exactly what you need.
