Tara was great and helpful! I had my brother-in-law test it for me since we were out of state. He said it was excellent! He was linked to Bob who appeared to be helpful but didn’t return my call that Saturday evening because he was with s other customer.. on Monday I called again and didn’t get a call from Bob... I then reached out to LG and Tara... both were kind but by then I saw a certified Gx460 closer for similar $ and I decided to buy closer... we bought 2 and neighbor both a convertible.
