Very responsive and helpful to my email expressing interest in a used car.
This dealer only wants your money. I purchased the vehicle I inquired about. found something wrong after taking home the vehicle, emailed the sales person and manager and does not even have the decency to reply back. Not that I expect from a luxury brand dealer. STAY AWAY.
I was treated with respect. The salesman, Chris was very personable and he explained everything about the car to me. Since I drove there in my own car that i was keeping, they drove my car to my house for me so I didn't have to come back another day. I'd recommend Lexus of Orland to everyone.
