I went in looking for a car to lease. Spoke with ******* (sales associate) and she found me a car within my budget. Sat down went over numbers and I put a deposit to hold the vehicle that was coming in.******* calls me to tell me the vehicle is in early. I go see the vehicle and its not the vehicle I put my deposit down for. I put a deposit down for a 2025 and the vehicle they are trying to sell me is a 2024. The incentives between the 2025 and 2024 NX are very different. We try to be as transparent as possible. We apologize we could not earn your business at this time. The deposit that was left was 100% refunded.
Quick response. The sales person was great to talk to in the phone. His manager needs some manners and acted like I was bothering him asking questions.

**Buyer Beware** My teen daughter went in to get a basic oil change. She was sold services that were not needed on the vehicle and was made to spend over $330 unnecessarily. In addition, they were trying to get her to spend $1600 for a brake job that was not needed. Luckily, she had the sense to call my other daughter who spoke with the service agent and stopped it from being done.
