Newt Rowland is wonderful to deal with. He is on the pre-owned side but can sell new cars as well. He is a true professional and strives for customer service and getting you a great deal. We are very happy with our purchase!
They sold me a lemon. I called them to get them to fix a problem with they car that I had proof they knew about when I bought the car. They only offered for me to drive two hours away for them to charge me to look at the car - this took 3 days of them sporadically returning my phone calls. I took it to another Lexus dealer and the grounded the car, because Lexus corporate told them it was too unsafe to drive! My precious wife and 2 year old drove that car for 2 months!!!! Our experience at Lexus of Cool Springs was above any expectations we could've had. What was a simple recall fix ended with not just that but a washed car, fluids topped and a full gas tank. Amazing first time experience!
Worst Parts Department experience!! Who calls within the hour of close to let you know your parts are in and says they will wait if you want to come pick them up? My son had ordered two parts to fix his girlfriend's car. You arrive 5 minutes after close and there is no one to be found in the Parts Department. So, you go to the Sales area and even talk to the manager and no one can help you. How crazy is that! Always thought I wanted to own a Lexus but now I'm rethinking!
