Wonderful customer service. Thanks Logan in Sales and the entire Lexus Cool Springs crew! Also ... a big shout out to John Mahoney in the Service Department. It was because of him that we decided to go with a Lexus to begin with!! As a loyal customer of BMW for years .. this was a big step .. but the service was a big factor in our decision to switch and the service at Lexus can NOT be beat .. that is for sure!
