Before you fired Heather, I would have rated you higher. I have been pleased in the thirteen years I have dealt with Lexus of Cool Springs to work with Dennis ( who has sold me my cars) and Heather (into whose hands I put my car each time I went for regular - or special - service). Both have ALWAYS been available to me when I needed them. I am VERY upset, however, to learn that Heather has been FIRED. This shows a total lack of judgment on your part.
