FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Recently widowed during the COVID crisis after 43 years of marriage, and my Mother-in-law went to this dealer for a car she could trust. They advertised a certified pre-owned RX350 for 44,500. She was willing to pay cash for the car and only requested a $44000 negotiation. Pat (worst salesman I have ever encountered) tried to scam her by charging $1200 for the certification on the car. We told them it was advertised in the price. They would not budge. I am beyond happy with Lexus’s Manament and Lexus’s service. They are very professional when it’s come to their customers. Here I can name some of the people that I have talked to ( John Burns, Carl, Alex.) they are beyond AWESOME!!!! I own 2 cars from Lexus and I love it. Not just my car but Lexus Manament. They take their customers serious. I never have a bad experience with them. I highly recommend Lexus of cool springs.
Worked me end. Seat belt connector not worked. Fixed and working fine. Folks are nice and helpful!
RecommendedI am very disappointed in the service so far. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was told they were booking out into December!! Either Lexus quality has gone way down or there is a problem in the service department. The only reason I don’t go somewhere else is I got free oil changes when I bought the car in July
