I don't usually go to the dealership since my car is off warranty, nor do i do reviews, but I had a major problem with my power-steering and no one could fix it. We just purchased a pre-owned vehicle and had, what had to be, one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences of our lives. The salesmen that we worked with (Perry and Shawn) were kind and patient throughout the whole process. We took our car in after experiencing battery problems and our rep, Richard Doherty, set our expectations in terms of cost and time for repairs and then thoroughly explained afterwards all tests that were run in order to determine that we needed a new battery. We were very satisfied with the service provided and the friendly, courteous care given to us. Thank you Richard.
I have a problem with your rating system as it only has five stars. That might be enough for some people, but Ron Holbrook deserves at least 150 stars for service above and beyond in any category you might choose. Professionalism, integrity, dedication, knowledge, experience, understanding, ability to really listen, and an abundance of charm. Can't believe it even now, but the whole car-buying experience was actually fun. And we ended up with the exact car we wanted at the best price. Maybe 200 stars.

Stopped at the dealership today to look at models to consider when my current lease expires. The gentleman showing me the LS was well informed and did not stalk me. Lexus is a fine brand and he represented it well today.
I had a very positive experience with Lexus of Santa Monica service department. My windshield wipers had been streaking for a while and I took my car in to be checked and once they did they were replaced with no issues. Everyone was courteous and helpful
