Ayman is great – We were walking about and ran into Lexus of Cerritos. The salesperson was very nice and friendly. Not pushy at all, he made us feel welcome. He did not push me into buying anything. Ayman was the nicest sale rep ever. So we felt it was meant to be. I know that this car will and is a keeper. I will recommend this dealership to anyone.
We always get a great deal with Lexus of Cerritos and Sam Cho. This will be our third Lexus from here and we are always satisfied with the people. Platinum Service – My new Lexus would not start! I was livid past upset. I called Lexus Road Assistance; they were there within 15 minutes. They were nice and professional. I had the Lexus IS250 towed to Lexus and like always the PLATINUM service. The treatment here at Lexus of Cerritos is great! I love my Lexus and I love Lexus of Cerritos!
