This dealership has been a horrible experience to deal with, especially because I had bought a car from them remotely. The 3rd party providers they contract with for notary and delivery of vehicle have horrendous ratings themselves. I was told the notary docs **** be sent a certain day, I call 4 days later and find out they still didn't deliver it (They do the classic "send a FedEx tracking id, to shut you up" move, which the timestamp clearly shows it was created after I complained 4 days later). The company does a lot of under handed things they would not return my down payment for two weeks when it was promised overnight. Then wanted me to sign false documents stating I volunteered to return a car I never had. Also the document stated I gave them a check when I gave them cash. Also the sales agent falsified my bank statements and conjoined my statements with my sons statements which had the bank questioning me and I had no clue of what the sales rep done the team at Cerritos auto nation of Lexus are fraudulent
Worst customer service ever. Don't buy a car from a place that you won't ever get serviced. Seriously. Try calling them on their 855 line. Rude customer service folks. Good luck trying to get to them. If I could give them a quarter of a star, I would. Check other Lexus dealerships!
I bought my car new at this dealership along with a service package. During the life of the service package, two of my service managers left the company. At one point, I asked to have a "sticky" radio button repaired. I was told repeatedly that no radio buttons were sticking. When the service package expired, I took my car to a reputable abnd highly recommended independent shop. First and last time getting any service done here. I didn't mind the waiting time to begin with (In the lobby). I dropped off my car and took off in a loaner vehicle. Anthony O called me later that day, left a voicemail to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up anytime before 7pm. I arrived at X:XX-X:XXpm, dropped off the loaner vehicle in the front and was told to wait in the lobby & someone **** be with me shortly. Came to cerritos of lexus wanting to buy a lexus and left the dealership in a matter of hours. Fastest and easiest car buying experience I ever had.
I bought a Lexus and paid for Lo Jack to be installed. My car was stolen and I attempted to activate the Lo Jack only to find out that Lexus never installed it and still have not returned my money. I've been given the run around for 2 years despite the fact that I was defrauded. They fall all over you to have you buy a car but there's no net if something goes wrong when dealing with this company.
