I had a "mixed bag" experience. Buddy Dudnick was very nice, and seemed to be a good communicator, but in retrospect I realize that he was doing lots of things that may not have been necessary. He looked through my service records and did not find any record of a major repair (replacement of a timing belt) that had taken place in 2014. So he recommended that it be done - and it cost almost one thousand dollars!
