I bought a Lexus and paid for Lo Jack to be installed. My car was stolen and I attempted to activate the Lo Jack only to find out that Lexus never installed it and still have not returned my money. I've been given the run around for 2 years despite the fact that I was defrauded. They fall all over you to have you buy a car but there's no net if something goes wrong when dealing with this company.
This was the most pleasant, easiest car purchase I've ever made. Sam Cho answered all of my questions, negotiated the deal over email (at my request), and was completely honest and upfront in terms of the invoice price and the terms he could offer. Baited Customer – BAIT and RE-CREATE. I called Lexus of Cerritos after seeing an advertisement. A sales person named Nader quoted me a price under the listed price on the telephone. After driving nearly 100 miles to get to the dealer, I was told by a different sales person named Cleo that the price which was quoted on the telephone was not available. Finally, the finance department does not return messages. Don't trust these jokers.
Great Dealer – Sonny is the man! He knows what he is doing and knows how to execute a problem and make it right. I am very pleased with Lexus of Cerritos. They are an excellent dealer.
