Last Year around May 2023, I went to this Lexus of Cerritos and talk to a salesman to buy the 2023 RZ450e electric car. I ask him more than 5 times to make sure I can file a $7500 tax credit. He told me by the end of the year just go online and download the form to fill it out and can get a tax credit. I just filed my income tax few days ago and accounting told me my car cannot file a tax credit. Horrible experience with the dealership and their service!!! Took my car here for 5k maintenance. They did the tire rotation. When I got my car back, my steering wheel was tilting to the right. Had to schedule another service to correct this issue. When I went back, the service advisor drove my car and said that there is no wrong with my car. Lexus of ********* took advantage of me at service when I have been clear that I needed a alignment and that I did not want to get a diagnostic done for another problem. I have the extended warranty and maintenance from Lexus. I went to this Lexus dealer in Cerritos today. ***********************, a repair advisor, assisted me. I was charged $300 for a diagnostic check on my Lexus NX300. He called me to let me know that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car, but they needed to inspect the fuel injection cylinders and will need more money from me. I asked him how much. This is one of the shady business I've been to. Thinking Lexus providing quality car, you would think they will provide good service. NOOOO I have UX200 that is one year old (less than 10K mile) under manufacture warranty. The emergency light caved in and never came when pressed so I took it to service center to get it fixed under manufacture warranty. A place full of scumbags!!I have maintenance warranty in addition to the basic Lexus warranty. They have it 'inactive' in their system so they can charge me for an oil change at 15k miles when it should be free as part of my warranty. Asked the ** to resolve but delegated to a Sales Manager. Spoke to him once and said he would call back.... going on 6days as of this review. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! IM NOT DONE COMPLAINING.....
