Responsive, professional and attentive. I inquired about a BMW X5 and they were very responsive and responded immediately to my email. I missed out on a great deal but they conducted themselves in a professional manner. I will definitely engage with them should another similar car become available.

Who would think taking your car to be serviced would be a desirable experience?! Going to Lexus Samo is always great. David Cuevas was my service person and he is friendly, efficient and gave me good advice regarding my car. The comfortable waiting room is a reason to not leave the facility and in under 2 hours my car was serviced and washed as I had some yummy coffee and read :-) Thanks very much as always!
