Sonia is a pleasure – Sonia Mendoza is always a pleasure to come and bring my car too. No More USED Cars... – This is the best dealership I've experienced in many years of driving. In previous experience with other dealerships I cant remember a single time being at one where the staff gave as much attention to my needs, or the quality of the service as provided by Cerritos Lexus. Service Dept. Debbie is great – Service is always great my advisor Debbie is always very efficient and returns my calls right away. Thats what makes me go back to Cerritos Lexus.
They gave me a loaner car, did the repairs quickly, in less time than they had predicted, washed the car, cleaned the carpets and mats and filled the tank with gas. I was really impressed.
I had to take our 2007 Lexus es350 in for a recall. I put it off for six months and after a gentle reminder from Lexus of Cerritos, I took it in yesterday. I was treated really well.
