We would like to thank Woody for his help in finding a vehicle. This was our second vehicle that we have purchase through Woody and he will always be our first person we seek when buying a car. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1pm today. I waited in the Service lane, after being checked in, for over 25 minutes. The Service writer, Mike then strolls out and tells me sorry for the delay, he didn't know I was there. When I told him that's a long wait with no write-up, he just laughed it off. Then he proceeds to tell me, my wait time is 1-1/2 to 2 hours, because I don't have an appointment. Lexus is an excellent choice. We have always used Northlake and had excellent service until this past experience. We were interested in a RX and visited and spent much time with a sales rep and sales manager. After returning home we reached out by phone and email on different days. Our calls nor emails were answered. So disappointed in Northlake. We purchased elsewhere. We also own a BMW that we purchased at East Independence BMW and had an excellent service where they went above and beyond. Shame on you Northlake.

A few years ago, I took my Lexus GX 470, to Lexus at North Park, to fix an air bag recall. The SUV was in great shape no issues. When I picked up the car and started driving home the transmission was not working correctly. It was skipping gears. I went home and right away removed the transmission fluid and measured how much fluid came out. I discovered that a quart and a half of fluid was missing. This happened at the dealership. Hendrick Lexus Northlake has been the worst dealership experience of my life. They are deceptive, careless, and flat-out disrespectful. Back in March 2025, they told me I had a nail in my tire and insisted I needed to replace all four tires because they “couldn’t replace or repair just one.” Funny, because I had just bought a full set of new tires from them in December 2024, plus an extra spare for emergencies like this. They then had the nerve to tell me my spare tire wouldn’t fit—the same spare I purchased with the origin... read more
