the sevice supplied was well done, however charging my wife $69.00 dollars to disppose of 6 spark plugs is unbelievable. I called the ass manager and he tod me it was a built in algoithm for the sevice dept and he could do nothing about it. BEWARE CHECK ANY DISPOSAL FEES BEFORE AUTHORIZATION OF WORK DONE. This is outright theft by LEXUS, WASTE IS PART OF DOING BUSINESS. BEAWARE OF THIS SCAM
I have a 2007 LexusGX350 and went to buy a tire key this morning. The service was incredible and fast. While I was paying, a guy from the parts dept came out and found the matching key. It took 2-3minutes. The key costs me $30. Well. Last week I went to another dealer of different brand and the key cost me almost $200 and more than 1 hour.. My lesson is that when you can afford, buy a Lexus and if you live close by go to Lexus of Naperville.
I purchased a certified GX460 from Lexus of Brooklyn for full disclosed price of $48460. Th billing was a scam and deceitful. I was told that a certified vehicle does not need anything. I asked about the additional charges and was told that it is documentation, registration and inspection fee, which costs $272. BEEN HAVING A LOT OF ISSUES WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECENTLY. WOULD DROP OFF THE CAR AND HOPEFULLY GET IN BACK IN A WEEK. HAD MY 20,000 MILE SERVICE ON MY NX350 DONE IN LATE OCTOBER AND THEY RECOMMENDED AN ALIGNMENT AND ROTATED THE TIRES. EVER SINCE THE CAR PULLS TO THE LEFT, VIBRATES IN THE FRONT AND WOBBLES IN THE BACK FROM 55 MPH AND OVER. Service Advisor Mr. Wydell Whiting 124247, provided a great service which I’m very please . I have a great experience at the services provided by Nalley Lexus Smyrna . My service advisor keep me updated and aware of the condition and every steps going on at the shop. Horrible service. When my car was in the shop there, I got a notification that a tracking device I use for insurance purposes had been removed. I thought possibly it was a mistake. When they pushed me to come hurry and pick up my car, when I arrived and they brought my car around, we could hear the rim clanking on the pavement of the dealership as they drove it around. Service on my Lexus is always a great experience. The inside climate-controlled service drive is wonderful, especially when it is raining or snowing. The service porters come out to greet you promptly and then politely direct you to your service advisor. The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer scheduled recommendations, yet do not attempt to sell unnecessary services like I have experienced with some other brands.
