Satisfied with their service for the most part. Slightly pricey, but very convenient with their awesome waiting lounge, and loaner car program.
I just purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle from Sean Roeder at Lexus Carlsbad, it was a 2012 Audi with 14,000+ miles on it with all the upgrades, it was a great experience. Excellent customer service, honesty and integrity.
I just purchased a 2015 Lexus 450h and I am very happy with my car. A big thank you to their salesman Rick Taylor, he was so kind and funny that he made my car purchase very pleasant.
