I had been shopping around a few different Land Rover dealerships and when I got in contact with the Carlsbad location Tom Wallace was immediately welcoming and listened to exactly what I wanted and got the deal done. Tom was never pushy and was extremely helpful. I am definitely returning to Land Rover of Carlsbad for my next car and I highly recommend working with Tom.

When you absolutely want the worst in buying and service experience, come to Hoehn JLR. You wanted a 70k car that worked? Nope. Oh wait you want a service appointment in under a month? Good luck. So you didn't know we take 4 time to acknowledge we can't fix your problem? Then we are the place for you. Come on down to Hoehn JLR where we will ensure you will hate us from the minute you walk in until you call your lawyer.
Even our general manager Anthony will tell you are threatening by leaving negative reviews. So come on down and have a great experience at Hoehn JLR.

Great experience, Bryce and John in Finance were awesome. We did our research, went to 4 dealerships in So. Cal. And Carlsbad Land Rover earned our business. Stay away from the other Land Rover dealer in San Diego, they are the worst of the 4 Dealers we visited!
