Hmm... I ordered a part online. They charged me for expedited shipping then took 7+ days to get the part to me. I reached out several times, received lame excuses and was surprised no one took responsibility. The online parts service fell well short of expectations for a JLR dealer.
We are old client to ranch rover. Starting out way back when we live in england. Love this make of car. The ride is always very smooth and comfy. Lots of leg room to stretch. So far this is our one of a kind car. Anyway, we live here now in SoCal. We get our car service at hoenh . The sales professional staffs were very nice and patience. Al was the one who helped us. Loved my Rover, bought a 2007 Rover in 2010 in Tacoma WA. had 50 k on it. only freeway drove it, loved it, fast, stuck to the rode like glue, felt very safe in it, sound system was the bomb, don't keep one over 100k, they go go south
Hoehn Carlsbad Jaguar is below the bottom of a proverbial crap-filled barrel when it comes to servicing a car. They miss promise dates by literally MONTHS, they damage your perfectly kept car - then have the audacity to refuse to take responsibility for repair or restitution. The service mgr., Jeff, is the worst imaginable at his job. His seriously impaired attitude and narcissistic behaviors are only out-shown by the dealership owners and general managers (yes they have TWO "GM's"), whom are only good at hiding and not once... read more
