I took my Escalade here for service last week. Hands down the most horrendous service experience I’ve ever encountered in terms of process, diagnostic and customer service. It turns out my 2023 Escalade needed a new engine. Originally I was told no loaner car would be available. Finally I made enough of an issue to get a loaner car, and they gave me an Electric vehicle.
