I have heard great things about Lexus and have been contemplating buying one myself. I went in on a Monday to test drive a couple certified preowned ones, went home and did some more research, and came back the following Saturday. Ironically, it was my birthday and I ended up buying the white 2013 gs 350 that I really fell in love with. Mark Weiss was the one to help me, and all-in-all it was a great experience. Thanks Mark!
I stopped by this morning when my tire light went on. Nina in service was so helpful. The service department knew I did not have a lot of time; they found the nail, repaired the tire. Had me out in less than 45 minutes. Love that place.
