On Wednesday evening … after a long trying day, two wonderful employees at Northtown Lexus restored my faith in kindness. It was way past closing time, they did not have to open the doors and help me out, but they did. Chris and Michelle from the Service Dept. went out of their way to assess the tire on my car and advise me.
