The apartment is even better than I expected. I have honestly never been able to say that with other places. The apartments are bright and very well maintained with lots of character The office staff and maintenance are professional, friendly and engaged. Marilyn and Linda in the office are always so awesome and accommodating. Both are so quick with a smile and a solution to any question or issue that I may have.
I had a sink/dishwasher problem: while running the dishwasher, water would fill the sink, then drain in tandem with the draining of the dishwasher. I reported this issue to the office online one evening. Tito and Jose came over the very next morning. They took a great amount of time to really figure out the problem- because the sinks looked clear. Such an amazing community. Not like other large corporate run complexes. Never had any issues. A few minor things that when requested were immediately taken care of. Marilyn and Linda in the leasing office are two of most caring people. They make sure that you are comfortable and happy in your home.
