Free printing, free Friday breakfast, great renewal deals, friendly staff, Halloween costume discounts, pumpkin curving contest, free coffee, random gifts such as hot chocolate and cookies, random maintenance check ups and more. It's not a luxury apartment, so it'd be silly to expect perfection. But they do their best to work with you and make you happy. I'd recommend living here! Can't get a better deal than this place ($400/month).
This semester has been pretty good at Lexington. Very reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Only issue is that maintenance requests can sometimes take a while to be addressed.
Lexington has been pretty solid the past year and a half I've lived here. I don't see myself leaving for the rest of my time as a student. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to make everything go smoothly throughout your stay. Like with any apartment complex, things aren't perfect. Maintenance requests can take some time to get to and that every Tuesday morning lawn issue was a problem, but even that they mediated a little bit I've noticed. I just renewed my lease with Lexington Crossing, the manager helped me a lot with some issues i've had, the office staff is very good and also it has a very good maintenance team. I am really satisfied with my appartment in Lexington Crossing and suggest it strongly!
These guys are probably the worst complex to live at, yes its cheap and sounds great but they dont have anything worthwhile. The internet is the WORST I can't even load YouTube! It takes 30 minutes to load a random Google search I mean it sucks. Dont worry about a wake up call in the morning, they're always cutting grass at 8 am! Everything breaks, A/C's barely work you have to put it to 68 for it to feel like 74 degrees. Jul. 26th, 2016 at around 3pm, GDP searched this place and literally heavily guarded because of a armed bank robber. But the leasing office has never warned the resident about the situation. I heard the news from my friends who got a warning email from his apartment office. Without the warning, people could be killed if they were about to going out.
