RecommendedLexington Crossing is a great place to live. There are bad reviews of every apartment complex in Gainesville, so ignore these bad reviews. They have some of the cheapest prices for nicely furnished apartments. Amenities are updated and most are available 24/7. Management and staff are nice and helpful. Maintenance is always timely. Bus routes are convenient as well! If I weren’t moving out of town next year I would live here again for sure. They are working hard to improve/update the complex as a whole and it shows.
Lived there two years. Terrible service, poor amenities. Front office was not helpful and tried to avoid dealing with problems every chance they got. Terrible excuses for why work orders weren’t completed 1-2 MONTHs after they had been put in. I didn’t even have all my furniture when I first moved in. Friends had pest infestations. One friend’s sublease was handled so poorly that it almost cost her hundreds of dollars. Don’t live here unless you have no where else to go.
Helped my granddaughter move here in August 2016. Really nice place, seems very safe and fun! Great for college kids.

The community that is built at Lexington is unmatched in Gainesville! Loved living here over summer, and would highly recommend it to anyone, particularly students seeking a great price and quality in living.
