I've never had the level of customer service anywhere else like I got at Lewis. It's the holiday season so I knew going in it would packed and busy, and in other situations I'd be expecting the whole "we'll get to you" response. That was furthest from what I got. I love Lewis Jewlers, they have the most helpful and friendliest staff. The staff is very knowledgeable about all products being sold. Most recent I sent my mother who was looking for a new ring.
