Very helpful and friendly They were able to accomplish what I asked.
After our 10-year anniversary we decided that my engagement ring and wedding band needed to be refreshed. Keith and Lucinda were absolutely amazing and helped us design a beautiful custom ring that fit our personalities and incorporated all the diamonds perfectly. They even surprised me with a design “twist” that they came up with based on a conversation during the consultation. It was so thoughtful and touching. We will be returning time and time again! Thank you Keith and Lucinda for such an amazing experience!

Although it took 2 months for my gold Omega watch to be repaired, it came in slightly under estimated cost, and with the cleaning, it looks beautiful (and almost new) and best yet, it runs! Libby greeted me and took the repair slip and reunited me with my watch. She also showed me a piece of jewelry, I may come back.
