Excellent customer service from Lucinda - took my engagement ring in to have the bracket repaired, expecting to leave it and pick it up another day. They fixed it in under 10 minutes, and graciously didn't charge me for the service. Would definitely recommend and will shop there again in the future! :-)
Absolutely wonderful customer service. They went above and beyond, even though my rings weren’t purchased there. It was well worth the 90 minute drive for this kind of customer service.
