The Dr. was foreign and I could barely understand what he was saying. He also would not allow me to speak and walked out of the room while I was trying to tell him about my previous bladder surgeries. He acted as if I wasn’t an important case and acted as if he didn’t care about my treatment. Nurses on the other hand were great. I was highly upset with this Dr. horrible bedside manner and didn’t seem to care about me as a patient! I was seen between 6-8 pm so I’m sure the dr name is on file!

Horrible, gave me the wrong percription and discharge paperwork. Perceived me opioids even though I told the intake nurse, doc, and ER nurse that I was a recovering heroin addict. Obviously don’t value patient privacy vey much

Aftercare is sub par. staph infection is 99% probable if you're admitted. PCA' s have bad attitudes and uncaring of patient needs.

ER dept was very responsive but experience on 7-S was another story. Attention to detail was non-existent. I could not get up by myself and had to use a potty chair. The compression devices on my legs were only reconnected twice so what good were they? Several times my room door was left open while I was on the potty chair. my water was refreshed once during my stay and my over bed table was pushed and left across the room out of my reach.
