Jay from Level Engr. in CO inspected and mapped out our attic and load bearing wall for a kitchen remodel. He gave us a thorough explanation of the work needed to remove the wall and provide support to combine our kitchen and dining room space. Our nearly 100-year-old Denver house has some odd features which will require extra attention. We are very happy with the Jay's advice and insight, and would definitely contact Level Engr. again when we plan another project.

They contacted us quickly and displayed excellent customer service in every phase of our project. They were great at communicating with us to answer our questions get us exactly what we needed. I cannot say enough about Level Engineering. From the ease of scheduling to the level of professionalism and service, this company is great. We worked with Stephen. He was on time, thorough, and the report timely. However, when we contacted a company to do some repair, the company contacted Stephen (which was also great). I highly recommend this firm. I hired LEVEL to inspect a home I recently purchased in Boulder, CO. The home was originally built in 1970 in a chalet style in the foothills. My inspector did not recommend an engineer, instead I hired LEVEL preemptively to look for any structural concerns. The engineer, Ashley, was an absolute pleasure to work with. If selling my house after 23 years in it wasn't enough of a challenge, calling a structural engineering firm completed the challenge! BUT, Level Engineering was great. Ashley arrived on time, went into the crawl space to examine the "present fix," drew a sketch of what needed done to "repair the present fix," and came out to talk to the ******* and me.
