Quick response and scheduling. Very professional and arrived on time and with all tools and equipment to complete the job. I would highly recommend this company. I used Mile High Home for my 1 year inspections for a new build and they found a lot of items the previous inspector missed at closing and some new ones after living in the home for a year. Very fair pricing and is due upon completion. Multiple ways to pay including Venmo which makes it a very painless process.
He is very nice and professional person. Has good reporting for your warranty.
Jeff went far beyond what I’ve ever experienced in a home inspection previously. His attention to detail is superb. He brought things to our attention that we would have never even given thought to. We hired him for our Warranty inspection and I’m so grateful we did. He answered all our questions and made us feel validated in our concerns. He does a wonderful job!
