Very slow and inefficient. Took them a lot longer as they took their time and didn’t send enough movers for the quote. They were throwing things on the ground and even after wrapping my couch it still was dirty and things scratched and broken. Poor handling. The truck they use has no ramp and just had a platform that u press a button to go up and wastes time. I am posting this on behalf of my mother. She moved on May 29th from Bedford to Sydney. This company originally estimated $2500 for the move. Then the company completed the move and gave a final bill of $4000. How does an estimate jump by $1500? It’s ludicrous. Not to mention we packed and moved all of the boxes into the lobby of the apartment building. And yet it still took these guys 5.5 hours to move everything into the truck. Come on. We aren’t stupid.
