Great Experience. . . . able to help transform me from platnium blonde to a brilliant brunette. – The first time I walked into Salon L'Etoile I had platnium blonde hair that I had been bleaching myself. I expressed my desire to return to my brown nautral hair to Sarah and the fact that it needed to not look like Hollywood Barbie any longer. Terrible – I made an appointment through phone. When I arrived in Salon on time, I was told that there is no my appointment in their computer system and their stylists are all busy. One option is that I could reschedule my appointment, and the other is that I could come back two hours later for my hair. When I came back on time, my stylist said that it takes a couple of hours to do my hair and the salon is going to be closed soon, I should make an appointment for next time. This is just a terrible experience.
michael rugierro!!! – I have very specific taste and like my hair pretty short. I used to cut and color it myself because no body quite understood what i wanted. I have found my man! Mike r. really listened and i get compliments every day. if you want something short, funky, or just simply flattering he can do it. I am not the type of person to gush, or even write on this type of site, but he has really stood the test of time. Best place around – I have been to the Salon many times and would highly recommend any of their services. I go to Jamie for my color and my cut and she always does an amazing job. Thanks Jamie!! She gives me great advice on what will be the best color and cut for me. Everyone there is very friendly.
Great Salon – I heard great things about Salon L'Etoile so I decided to try it out for myself. I called to make an appointment and got one with Jen and a manicure with Christa. When I got there i was greeted very warmly by the front desk receptionist Kristin. She was very friendly and beautiful. Great service, Able to do last minute – Wow! I got canceled on at another place so I called frantically around for a place that could accommodate me that day. I've been looking for a new salon to call home. When I called L'Etoile, the receptionist was very friendly and able to book me in for an hour later. Biggest Fan – I have been a client of Dana's for the past year and I love how she does my hair! I'm always wanting a change and shes great with coming up with fresh new ideas! LOVED IT – I loved everything about this salon.. from the employees, to the decor, to my hair and nails! i was shopping on main street and one of the store clerks highlly recommended this salon to me. I was so happy that they could squeeze me in!! the receptionists were very helpful. Moira did my hair and Christa did my nails. Both were amazing! Michael O'Conner is Great! – I recently had my hair cut by the owner of the Salon and I was really impressed. He was very polite and professional and he made me feel like a million bucks when I walked out! He talked me into getting layers to create more bounce, at first I was against this but now Im really glad I listened. Thanks Michael for making me look like a Movie Star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
