Eddie in Service turned a bad day into a great day. To my surprise my new car battery was dead one morning; a totally unexpected and upsetting occurrence with a new car. However Eddie came to the rescue and took care of my car quickly and without any hassles. He got me a loaner car and had my car up and running with a new battery within a day. Thanks Eddie
This was by far my best car buying experience ! Ray T. worked with me for two months to get me into my new Acadia at the price I wanted. From the first day I walked in there he we was very knowledgeable and wasn't overly pushy. He stayed in contact with me updating me on incentives until we were able to come to a deal. Over time we have bought two cars and two trucks - unfortunately two were because of Sandy - from Lester Glenn. Everyone we have come in contact has been tremendous. While I'm not happy with the cost of cars and trucks, I believe we have gotten our monies worth at Lester Glenn. We would recommend Lester Glenn to anyone.
My most recent service was great for my Buick Encore Eddie Guglielmo took great care of me and I was out in 40 minutes, no cost. great experience.
